What this film argues

The film opens by conceding the two things a working business owner will not argue with: the business is real, and the customers are real. Only then does it turn on the third — the place those customers find you is an address inside somebody else’s building.

It does not name a platform and it does not claim one treats you badly. The argument is structural: the rules, the ranking and the reach belong to whoever owns the building, and they can change without anyone asking you first. A page at a domain you own works differently, because it answers at two in the morning without you.
